Onion and Tomato Raita
This is a great side dish to use with spicy entrees. The great flavor of tomatoes and onions with its subtle green chilly heat.
||Green cayenne chilli
- Chop onion and tomatos and add to Yogurt. Non-fat for a low-fat recipe
- Chop chillies. Make the pieces fine if you are adventurous, but you can make it a little bigger, so no one gets a spicy surprise.
- Heat oil in a small, thick bottomed pan. Add mustard seeds and chillies. When the mustard seeds start popping, add to yogurt.
- Add salt just before serving.
